Return and Refund Policy

Shipping and return policy. When you place your order, with us, we promptly ship. If you provide us a valid email address, you will get a shipment notification email and a tracking number. At that point, the chain of possession and delivery is that of the post office. IF your package is late or the post office fails to deliver, you must contact the post office NOT US. We have no power over the post office to investigate or expedite your delivery. If your package is late or fails to arrive, YOU must file a missing mail claim with them. By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms. If the post office destroys your package, you must contact the post office and rectify the matter with them.

Did you order the wrong item??? We have a 30 day return policy. We do not accept returns after 30 days. Also, we do not accept returns of used items, We only accept returns of unused items. If you wish to return an item, contact us for a RA (Return Authorization) Number. We will let you know at the time if there is a restocking fee. DO NOT return an item without an RA number as we will simply dispose of it.

Warranty: We warrant our products for 1 year from purchase but we want happy customers so if you have an issue that does not involve neglect or damage that is your fault, contact us and we will try to work something out.
